For all workshop and painting trip deposits, these are non-refundable should you cancel. However, if I have to cancel any of the events, you will be issued a full refund.
We reserve the right to amend or even cancel any of the workshops, courses or holidays should these not be viable. Please only book flights for painting breaks when I have confirmed that the trip is going ahead.
If a course. workshop or painting trip is cancelled as a result of things out of our control ie; threat of riots, war, adverse weather conditions or similar, no refunds can be given and so it would be imperative that you obtain the necessary travel insurance.
No responsibility will be accepted for any accidents, loss of equipment/belongings, injury or illness whilst on any of the courses, workshops or painting trips. May I strongly advise that you obtain adequate individual travel insurance for any of the painting trips whilst also ensuring that you have an up to date UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC).
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have suitable clothing, sun protection, hats etc when attending any of the events with Sable Studio Gallery whenever we are working outdoors.
Once you have paid a deposit, this confirms your booking and will be your acceptance of all of the above outlined terms and conditions. For all holiday retreats, should you cancel within 30 days of the start date, you will lose 50% of any payments made. No refunds can be offered for any cancellations just 14 days or less before the trip.
